Good to know that.

For a start, there will always a lot of apphrehensions to move to RIYAD, but I am just 14 days old to RIYADH and has been ur shoes for almost 2 months thinking about how to come to RIYAD, wt to do and wt to carry, but finally after landing in RIYADH, I could only say despite of apphrehensions, this is a good place to live as long as you know your pheripherals. There is good and bad everywhere, be it India, US, UK or anyplace in this world, as long as you operate within the laws of the land and be open about your final goal and objective, this is a wonderful place to live.

Is ur company providing accomodation, trasnportation and food facility?

Give me a message once u r in RIYADH or about to come here.
Let's talk in detail.

shahab is looking 4 u guys,,he is Hyde-ra-badi too :P

As uvnp has said, he's only been here for 2 weeks so certainly he isn't the most knowledgeable person around.  I hope that one of our more experienced members jumps in here and can give you more specific advice.

Not Exactly :P

ask JEKYLL

the Malayalee?

@ Uvn - 2 weeks is not a good experience to be able to welcome other expats who are on the outside of the Kingdom waiting to come in.

Please leave that info for the more experience expats.

You say 'this is a wonderful place to live' - you are still in your 3 months probationary period. This wonderful place could end very quickly. Your time on the blog is time wasted at work. You employer is monitoring your internet usage.

In public, we should always encourage people with good things. I gave him enough other side of the stories and insider information in my private discussions with him. :o He is from my home town, came to know that he lives very close to my family house back in India and u can rest assured I will let him know enough information considering that I know who he is and what he is looking for.

Thanks for your concern on my office internet usage. I mostly blog from my home and occassionally from office during my leisure time, so wouldnt have to be so much worried.:cool:
