What are the formalities to buy a vehicle in Morocco: car registration, insurance, etc.?
What are the relevant authorities or organizations to contact?
How long does it take and what are the associated costs?

to be able to buy car in morocco you need carte sejour,(res permit) new moroccan car from dealer are sub standard , that is why most moroccan prefer to buy imports (used ones)

However, you cannot import second hand cars into Morocco any longer, only new ones (new law).
