I am working in a Private Co. since 2004, My Contact period is 3 yrs. now i want to change it 2 yrs instead of 3 but company is not agree to change. Kindly advise me how it's possible.

Contracts can be changed based on MUTUAL agreement between the employer and the employee. If your employer doesn't agree to modify the contract period, you're not reaching a MUTUAL agreement.
You can resign however and the early termination clause in your contract will be executed.
