Moving to Budapest

Not a bar hopper but imagine most bars with ex pats are in tourist areas, perhaps in the 5th district area.
I wouldn't exactly take investment advice from some stranger in a bar however.
Then again, you never know...
My ex bro in law was in a bar in S. Calif back in the mid 1980's. The guy next to him gave him was chatting away and gave him the perfect recipe for Bagels.
My bro-in-law was not even Jewish.
He went home, tried out the mix and talked his wealthy parents into backing him to open a bagel shop near SF. Calif.
Boston Bagels was a hit for years, my niece and all her cousins worked there in High School.
Made every sort of bagel combo under the sun.
Sold the shop years later and now everyone is living on easy st.
