Advices on visa

What visa do you plan on for living here. I get so many different voices on this. Been here for 2 years now and been just paying for the extensions every month and that's expensive. So many questions I still have.

Not many options for Visa here:

Tourist Visa, keep paying and leave every 3 years and start again...  (About US$500 per year)

Marriage Visa, Just need to get married..

Retirement Visa.  That can be done from age 35, with a US$20,000 bank deposit.  http://www.pra.gov.ph/main/srrv_program?page=1
US$1,400 up front and  US$ 360 per year

That is interesting info. It makes me think of Japan. I don't pay any visa in Japan and can stay 90 days. I had a Japanese GF before and just re-entered by going to Korea for weekend or Philippines.
The philippines has this annoying requirement to have a flight out, which in the age of discount airlines and given for the most part we are considered 'rich bastards' is rather ironic.
It is nice you can stay in the philippines for 3 years. Makes me wonder where is the 'cheap exit'. Flights to sulawesi? Guam? Maybe just easier to renew. oh well.

marriadge visa you say you only need to get maried ,but wen i looked at the emigration site for this i reeded first trv one yr cots, principal 8620
                                                                                 dep. spouse 8620
                                                                                 dep-B16       8370
                                                                                 dep-B14        7870

after one yr prv again the same costs to be maide
plus in advance the costs for the 3 red ribbon documents and the costs to oficialise these
so the temporaly visa and the permanent visa costs each 33480*2 is a total of 66960 plus a few K for the needed documents
am i wrong or is there a way to get prv tru marridge in a cheaper way?

greets Dirk

The marriage visa costs looked too complex for me to work out.  Might be easier to just get a Balikbayan every year, and do a Hong Kong trip with the wife once a year.
Current Flight Promo Price 888 pesos Manila to Hong Kong.
