36 yrs old South Eastern European looking for a new work challenge in Emirates, planning to visit Dubai / Abu Dhabi on visitor visa next month (October).

Can someone please inform which is the easiest and righteous way to ensure a job.?
a) Via recruitment agencies operating there
b) Walk-in interview/s
c) Door to door seek n' greet
