Hi! what is the cheapest way to get a visa to HMC from Bangkok via land? I heard the fees are $10-20+45 for some online sites for VOA. Thanks!

I just read that you can not obtain a VOA traveling on land, just at airports.

thanks very much!!! I am taking the bus to HMC so what is the price for the visa in Bangkok? do I get 14 days free with a US passport and can extend in HMC for a fee?

if I fly in to HMC is the fee $45. it seems these online companies will charge a 10-20 service fee+45. but if I take the bus to HMC then do I have to pay for a 20-30 cambodian visa as well?
