i am pretty sure that they would be genuine as long as you do not buy from a black market.
i have heard about 60% of cell phone Samsung makes are manufacture here in Vietnam.
but i just arrived HCMC just a few weeks ago.
what would i know about anything in vietnam.

Samsung mobile is moving ahead in leaps and bounds in the Asian market.
People are losing interest in the 'fruit' phone. #5,#5+,#5 sirius,# 6,# 6 + mini,etc. etc.
Heck,even the junkies steal Samsung phones.That says something for their resale value.
Junkies don't steal Nokia phones anymore.
Anyhoo,how are Honda mobiles in Vietnam?
