I would like to move to Norway but unfortunately I'm holding an F permit but my wife she's Norwegian citizen so help me out

first thing you need to do is to check the UDI website and click on "Want to Apply".. there will be a series of questions you will be asked to get to a checklist applicable to you.. different process and requirements applies to different applicants based on factors like your citizenship, state of your relationship, country your applying from, etc... you can try play around with the options to see what is possible for your case..

you might also need to check the website of the Norwegian embassy in Switzerland if your gonna submit your application there, to see any specific instructions from the embassy for your application..
