According to Google:
Aparri to Santa Ana, Cagayan Valley
80.5 km
1 h 17 min by car, without traffic
But Buses ?
All I can see are the ones running from Tuguegarao to either Sta. Ana and Aparri.
There may be local transport that will go between Sta. Ana and Aparri. My daughter was there earlier this year, but she went by car everywhere.
I have read that from Tuguegarao City it will take about 3-4 hours by bus to reach Sta. Ana.
