i am planing to start a business in Latvia, and i am interested in food business like small cafe or restaurant etc, any one advise me how much it cost or what if i buy a running business how much that cost ? ...

....Good Luck !!! My (family) has a small business in Riga...too much red tap and BS...too hard to make a profit...too many "hands out" very difficult to say the least. If you decide to do this (under-ground) you would have more of a chance...But good luck......alway's provide service !!!! it doesn't matter what business you are in..and not the (sad) faces of most Latvian or Russian run places.....act like you care that the CUSTOMER has decided to spend their money and time with you..!!!!
