Hello,
since im looking for a possible expat to CV, maybe soon i will be able to provide a quick input on this issue.
Very commom to find a "cost of living" blogs websites on multiple locations, too bad there isnt one towards CV.
If one speaks spanish, you can have a quick expats feedbacks from youtube - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9VnlVHLmW5E - since there are a few TV broadcasts that have covered the expats experience in CV ( spanish and portugueses living there ).

despite low gdp..etc living in cv as ex pat is quite exspensive,you will find the money goes no where,and what you do buy is invariably low quality,rejects from europe maybe or chinese lowest grade ..looking any list of cost of living will not live up to the reality on the ground! dm

haha you wish...paulo you want someone tell you its the land of milk and honey? it aint! and never will be..but the people are nice,the place is a disaster,despite all the gloss and pfaff about millenium goals..good luck
