Require Sponsorship details

Hello all,

Can u give some guidance and assistance please, to the following..??

I'M about to get a government job order at abu dhabi. I'm 26 M. Planning to shift, once i'll get the offer. But i've a commitment of looking after my mom (Widow, illiterate) and younger brother (12 years, studying, Minor)

As i'm awaiting for the next round of interview, (probably Package finalizing round) How should i ask sponsorship facilities to the employer? Discussing this point with employer will sound good..?? usually Will employer do support of sponsoring the dependents??

If, so how many months it will take to bring them from my home country to Abu dhabi..??

Actually i want to know what is the procedure of getting sponsorship from UAE government..??

Also Without interruption, will my brother continue his school studies..??
