i am 5 weeks pregnant and new to place munich.i want to go for csection..... is it optional? and any dr recommendation?

You should visit a gynecologist and follow the advise given there.
C-section is an intrusive operation that carries risks for mother and child and thus should only be chosen if an experienced doctor decides on it for medical reasons. It is not "optional"!
