Hi,
I have been offeren a job as Training Manager in a Security Service provider Organization in Nairobi. Since the offer is on pipeline and I have not yet negotiated my salary, I just want to know salary needed for a descent living. I am a bachelor and the Company is going to provide accomodation, car and medical insurance. I guess the offer is for 2000 US$ (161400 KShs). Is this a good offer?

If they are providing accommodation, Car, Medical etc separately and if 2000 USD is excluding taxes then its fine. Take this up!!

Hi,
I had my 1st negotiation with my employers today. They are ready to pay 2250$ excluding taxes, medical insurance, accomodation, car with fuel and air-ticket to India after 2 yrs of Contract. I am single at present and there are wedding plans in 2011. Is this a good offer and how much can I save after food & basic expenses in Nairobi if I earn 2250 $????
