Hi there!
I am living in Dordrecht, which isn't far from Rotterdam. My husband and I went with our almost 6-month old son, sister-in-law, and 2 nieces to the kinderboederij in Rotterdam. It was very nice! As far as actvities in the center of R'dam, I am not sure. Maybe it's a good idea to google some expat playgroups? I know that the zoo in Blijdorp is also really nice. I haven't been there myself, but my husband has.
If I find out anymore info, I will be sure to pass it on!
