I think many drivers are very aggressive and have little or no concern with speed limits. Drivers park cars in many inappropriate place and feel it is ok because they turn on their emergency flashing lights.

I've been here for 4 weeks now, i've never driven in the cities, only highways and small towns. The main issue for me is that they don't know about security distances. They are always one meter behind me, no matter what. Even if they don't want to take over.
Other than that, respectful as anybody should be.
(I am from France, I've driven in Japan, US, Canada, Australia, Italy, Spain, Greece, Norway...)
