Planning to go to Dubai by Road from Riyadh

Dear Friends

i am using a leased car and planning to go to Dubai by Road from Riyadh next month.

I am aware, i need an authorization letter from the leasing company however not sure what other documents / legalization is required as far as my car is concerned. I also hear that there is a trip ticket is needed. If somebody can kindly let me know in details please.

(Note that leasing company hasn;t given me original istemara, they gave me a copy of istemara)
