Hi
Does anyone know how I could exchange a large amount of 5, 20 and 50 cents coins? Are there coin counting machines or is it weighed in bags? Can I return it to any bank?

You can return it to the bank. I know for a fact MCB accepts them. They will give you bags to put the coins in.
