I am looking for an English speaking hairdresser in Paris that will do my highlights for me. I havent a lot of cash to spare so I dont want to have the embarrassment of getting it done and having to get a bank loan to pay for it! Neither do I want to go in a blonde and come out with green hair. Help my roots are overtaking me.
