Could you inform me about this city? (Climate, quality of life, leisure activities, associations in order to meet new people, are foreigners present there or not, etc..)

Hello,
I have worked in Luleburgaz(county of Kirklareli which is approximately 30 minutes away) for three years but I havent seen foreign people so often. The important thing is Trakya part of Turkiye is more open for social life. Even Istanbul is like 2 hours away that you can have fun. Climate is very hot in summer time and generally freezing at winters. You may see four seasons in a year. However if you are in a big city in France it could be a little tough for you to adopt.
