Cheap and safe place to live in India

You can go for new delhi, tho it doesn't have beaches..! Bt it's safe and have fast internet facility.!

Mangalore is good and Airtel sim internet data is good value.

Delhi is not safe, health hazard, seriously polluted, lots of health issues lurking about unseen until you get sick.

Its not a cheap place to live if you want to eat well and live well.

For poker it is probably good, Mumbai is better and Mangalore is not far away.

Sorry don't know about your two options but I would suggest Goa.Its safe, Clean and you can get broadband Internet almost everywhere. Its perfect and you can get a room for practically 5000 rs a month anywhere, you food and ETC will be another 10000-15000 per month.. Plus there are many Casinos.

The most safe and cheap place to stay in India is Kolkata. Fast internet facility can also be availed easily. As far as beaches are concerned you can drive 4h to avail the same and you can enjoy your weekends too. Let me know if you require more details. Cheers!!!

Personally, I don't have life experience at Visakhapatnam, but for sure I can help you about Mangalore. It's a great place and you cannot be worried much about safety there as many finds it a living friendly destination. You can access towns easily, beaches too there and also the night life is famous among the people in the city.
