I came to.saudi 40 days ago on Purchaser Visa.. Now work here is not as per my qualifications and living conditions are worst provide by company..in a labor camp
I want to.go back to India but my kafeel is refusing to give back the passport. Please suggest how can I.go before 90 days visa end.

Get in touch with the consulate or Indian embassy. Or ask for your passport from the employer on some emergency grounds.
If you get it just run away without looking back.
