Dear all, I am currently negotiating a risk managmeent role with a west bank in SH? I have never worked in China, could anybody kindly share any insights with me in terms of the expected salary for a bank risk manager? what kind things would included in the package (tax? return air ticket? renting? healthcare?). any tips for negotiation?

I don't know details for the Banking sector, but have an example of an Chemical Comany, project management.
The guy got the same salary as back in Europe + Tax adjustment (he only pays as much as he'd pay back home) + free housing + free flight back one a year + health care.

If it is an expat package, at least housing and medical plan is included, it really depends on the company which is hiring you.
