Hei i had a plan to study abroad in utrecht, but im not trying to looking for any information yet. Mmm for me, the biggest problem to study abroad is about finance. And i need any information about living cost and any other costs

There is a website: numbeo.com where you can compare the cost of living of various cities. It is quite accurate and can give you an idea of the costs here compared to where you are living now.

According to my experience , as a non eu student it is very difficult to find a job. The government rules are very strict for non eu student. only 10 hrs/week or full time in summer vacation. I dont think any student will be able to finance their study or even fulfill the living cost. I am afraid that your parents must send money from home for full course.
