My wife and I came to Brazil on October 2014, we both have a driving license (From our country of Origin) as well as an International License which is valid for 1 year.
During our stay I left the country for a trip abroad.
She is a Brazilian (With a foreign citizenship - where she got the license), and I'm a foreigner who obtained a visa and RNE.
What is our shortest way to convert to a Brazilian license? we live in Sao Paulo.
Also, we received 2 tickets during the time we had the international license, are these tickets being transfered to the local license?
We're looking for the fastest solution.

Regarding the tickets, they may get transferred over to you Brazilian CNH when you apply, I'm not sure since I've never dealt with that situation before.

And actually, since I already received my carteira at home, so it took 7 days.
No idea if ticket are transfered. I should know soon...
