Dear Andrea. The best thing to do is search for a company in Civil Engineering - PCL Canada is one way to start. You could search Manitobajobs.ca - even try a university faculty of civil engineers. Search Civil Engineers Canada - there is probably a multitude of company's out there. Have all documents recognized from the country of leaving to the country of entry. There is Manitoba Hydro as well to research. Any city municipal dept would have a civil engineers section. Make enquiries - you could contact a service Canada outlet where you are or go to their job bank site and search from there. You can contact immigration Canada website for further information and job placement as it is a specialist section of work. Good luck. Hope these help you out.
