What would you recommend to young professionals wishing to start their career in Puerto Rico?

Thank you in advance for your participation!

The key is found in this Puerto Rican expression: "El que tiene padrino se bautiza."

LOL NomadLawer,
Expect heavy competition from locals, some are well educated and most speak both languages, so you are likely to be at a disadvantage. Be prepared to answer questions about what you can aport and why you should be the one selected. Be prepared for low pay even the mayors get low pay.

IF, you get a job, be prepared to do a 3 person job for a one person pay. Unless you work for the government.
