Going to Haiti for rebuilding

i don't know about jobs, but i do know that if you haven't been there before and/or don't have connections you need to make sure you have all that worked out before you go, especially if you don't speak creole. Also keep in mind there are plenty of people going to help without thinking of it as a "job" and just doing it because it's the right thing to do, and they will win any opportunity over someone looking to profit over a disaster. I don't know which side you're on or what your background with Haiti is as you didn't say any of that so I apologize if these are things you already know.
