don't know the industry, don't know position, or type of company ... but ... even without that info, the first thing that stands out is the % of allowance compared to base ... thats a great ratio to allowance ... my 'gut' is that it's a reasonable offer ('guessing' your husband has a western passport (as your located near IU)), but would need to know more info ... probably not the best forum (public) for 'too' much info
