I got accepted to a bible school in Norway and would like to ask a question pertaining to the bank account they create on your behalf.
When a bible school creates a bank account on your behalf are there restrictions imposed on that account that prevent you from transferring money to other bank accounts, or not?
Basically im asking if a bible school creates an account on your behalf and money is transferred to that account, can you transfer that money immediately to another bank account, or does the money have to remain on your account for a predetermined amount of time, i.e 1 month, 3 months, 8 months etc.

If the bank account is created in your name, there is no restriction that can be imposed to it by a third party
