Hello Everyone,
I'm a Registered Nurse in the States and I am very interested in obtaining a nursing job in either Panama or Belize, but my internet searches have not been helpful. It seems that jobs for expats are hard to obtain. Truthfully, I am interested in moving anywhere with a great cost of living and is near a beach. Any suggestions?

Nurses are in demand in Ecuador and other places.
However, you're handicapped by not being fluent in Spanish and its subset, Spanish medical terminology. At least there's no indication in your four posts to date that you speak the language spoken here and in Panama. Belize speaks English, but it's a tortured form of English.
Consider focusing your search on countries where English is the primary or official language. You can google the following...

Last time I checked US license was good in all British Commonwealth countries. It was a long time ago.
