Buying Property in Denmark

Hi guys and gals, I'm familiar with the Swedish property/hus buying (and selling) process and the actual property transfer process. In Sweden, it's very fast, straight-forward and simple. Does anyone know about the process in Denmark? Is it similar to the Swedish model? Any hints, tips or stuff to particularly look-out for etc? All help welcome, as thinking about buying a place in nearish future.

I am actually in the process of buying a place here, and it could not be quicker or easier.
Within 2 weeks of our offer being accepted, the whole process was pretty much done. Now we are just waiting to get our keys.
Everyone recommended to get to take out insurance against any faults not found in the survey. That's about it really.
