Hai friends. I am an ENT surgeon from India with 3 years post MS experience. I have 2 openings. One at King fahad super speciality hospital and one at King faisal University of medical education, Dammam. Which would be better in terms of working condition, and salary

One is for specialist and consultant posts for almost all specialities at King Fahad super speciality hospital, Dammam. Specialist basic pay is 8035 and with all allowances including HRA will come around 12339

King faisal University college of medicine, AL Ahsa, posts are for senior lecturer, assistant prof, professor etc. The only salary they offer me as senior lecturer is 18500 including all.

I wanted to know which has better working conditions
