there are lots of for rent (Estraha) you can check it near exit 30 i think near a football stadium here in Riyadh..

If it's a ladies-only event, I wouldn't recommend Esteraha's as they aren't safe. If not, then yes, you could rent really nice Esteraha's with great facilities for reasonable prices. How big is your event?

will you cant find any other place with mixed of gender coz Saudi is conservative country and u know the pros and cons..

Any restaurant in the diplomatic quarter will allow you to have a mixed gathering and no Abaya.
