I believe it is essential to being a resident to have health insurance,..would be looking for a popular, reasonably priced one.
Yes would be looking for employment but not necessary full time.

If your working and paying your national insurance you can receive free healthcare the same as the Maltese , if your applying under self sufficiency then your required to have health insurance
