My managers are not accepting my resignation letter and not relieving me. I have finished 3 years and six months, as per the company contract which was signed on sep 2011 mentioned that i have give 3 months notice and contract will be auto renewed. I have posted resignation letter and sent through email...both cases i didnt get response,,when iam approaching personally they are not responding me properly and telling they are busy and cant talk..this happening everytime.

When apporoched LMRA , they said as per contract i have to give 3 months notice but I need to leave in one month notice as i need to join another company in dubai. who to deal this.. i requested many times but they are not even ready to listen me. how to go with one month notice with out exceeding one month ??

dear shahvalisap,

sorry to hear about your unfortunate situation, please refer to the link below
http://lmra.bh/portal/en/faq/question/44#.VSJz8vmUeul

Make sure its a registered post.

Just have a look at this discussion post : https://www.expat.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=333555 though you will not be applying for mobility you could refer it.

I am sure if anyone else has more information about the same they would reply back.

Good luck & god bless.

Thank you for replying my friend !! I sent post on 31 mar through post office normal post and its reached today in office. i didnt sent registered post, if i send it again then i think it will count from tomorrow so all these days will be wasted, i have to resign on 29th of this month. i dont think mobility is required bcoz iam going to dubai , and i finishded one year 6months in my second contract period.

It's very clearly mentioned registered post, you need to go by the rule. I am not sure whether it will make a difference or not, but at the end of the day if LMRA does not consider it you may have some issues if incase you need to go legal against your employer.
