I think, FARAH Atelie which located at AL OBOUR Bldgs, in front of THE PANORAMA, and also ALABOADY near Roxy where you can find nice prices and newest Moda.

best of luck for you wedding ; as for shops there is one in mohandessien ares gamet el dewal al arabia street and one in corniesh el maadi street sorry i dont knew the names i will send it to you and if you need something classy you can look for designers in cairo as hany el behairy & sosha if you are in help for anything else i well be happy to help ; good luck
