Thanks, although I found everything on the website except what I was looking for - pure weights. I'm sure they have though so I will have a look, but if anyone knows a more hardcore gym than this that would be welcomed

My experience from gyms like these are that they are expensive and that it's usually not accepted to drop weights, moan etc. Not that I really care about that, but would rather have a more hardcore gym.

I get you now. Not sure that's what you're looking for.That's a high tech place, no heavy barbells or kettles and no hours of sweating or hanging around. You do sweat there all right. Just spending 30-60 min on your workout not all day.

They used to offer a free session with a trainer on the equipemnt of your choice. Not sure they still do it. If they do, I would take it if I were you - nothing to loose. Good luck friend

St Julians is close to ta xbiex.

There is a small gym on the same street as the MOVE fitness towards Msida Church, it is a real hardcore gym:)) nothing fancy, a hole in the wall with weight and some basic machines with limited opening hours.
