I am coming to Hong Kong to visit around on the weekend 27th to 30th march. I am 36yr old and live in Tokyo.

It will be great to meet some local people or expats for walk around the city or for food and drinks and have some nice conversation.

Aww. Too bad! I will be out of the country on those dates. But I have here some tips that you can do while enjoying your stay in Hong Kong. Book a tour in Hong Kong skyline, ride a cable car to see Victoria Peak, ride a star ferry, go to Hong Kong Museum of History, see th Big Buddha, go to city tours or you could simply dance to the beat of best djs in Hong Kong at Play Club Asia. Hoping to bump you in there.
