Visitors Visa for Job

I have accepted an offer from Textile company in Morogoro Tanzania.

Employer has sent to me the Visitors visa for the first four months along with tickets. He has not established the work permit visa for the contract period.

Is it possible to convert the visitors visa to work permit visa?

Employer has assured that he will convert this visitors visa in to work permit visa.

Any one pls help me to come out of this issue

Dear Raju,

Most of the companies in Tanzania bring the Expats with Visitors/Business Visa and they will get a work permit later stages after seeing your performance for 2-3 months. This is the procedure followed here.
