Starting a business in Brazil with several shareholders

Me and both of my nephews want to leave Belgium and start a business in the coming years in Curitiba.

Do we have to have 50000usd to start the company's base capital or 50000usd each?  We would be with four shareholders with equal parts (we are three Belgians and one Brazilian) with each an equal financial input.

We are planning to employ 5 to 10 Brazilians.

I speak fluent portuguese, and know a lot of Brazilians who do business, but they could not answer my question since they only work with other Brazilians.

I've looked online and never found a clear answer, just different opinions colliding.

Bigsex,
Att,
