there is a Philippine consulate here in tunis and you may want to enquire with them. I don't have their contact details yet but in the meantime you might want to try googling it.

u email the embassy of tunisia in jakarta and ask for documents needed they will send u the requirements and visa application form u will be required to email or fax the papers needed and wait for the result within a week .once approved u must send the original papers including ur passport for stamping and visa fee.
