How to make exit entry issued visa as final exit?

I am working in Jeddah. My wife went to India for the Interview and she got the job over there and now they want to her joining in the next month. The visa has been issued to her.

But I gave him exit entry visa for 3 months.

But Now I want to convert this exit entry into final exit.

How can I do it? Anyone who knows about it, please tell me.

Go to Jawazat and tell them she can't come back !

Or just leave it , won't be a problem I guess , but it's always better to inform Jawazat !
