Hi All,
I am currently negotiating a contract with a Tanzanian company, they offered me 1000$ monthly house allowance net.
my question is it possible to get the allowance cash on hand or companies will pay it direct to the owner?

Either of the arrangements are given by the employees. Paying house allowance or Paying rent to owners.
later one in most of the case. Rent for a good 2 BHK accommodation would cost you around $ 500 - $ 800.
I assume House allowance is only for Rent.

Does it mean that if i saved x amount from the housing allowance, i will not be able to benefit from this saving?
