I guess you can post here in the classifieds section, you can post in Craigslist Greece, you can also post at xariseto.gr, the last is a site where people post things they want to give away.(need to register)

What kind of stuff beside the books are in the apartment.

As you know furnished places are more expensive to rent than empty ones.

Maybe a potential buyer is buy to let and can see an advantage in having stuff there.
