Is there a lot of heart disease in Uruguay?

The national sandwich notwithstanding, Uruguay ranks low at #153, among the world's nations, in deaths from coronary heart disease -- 15.42 percent of all deaths, according to the latest data.  That data is from 2011.

Surprisingly Uruguay is third in the world for breast cancer deaths behind St. Kitts and Antigua. It is also high in Argentina but lower in Brazil
