Hi I am in Indian working in Oman wish to bring my family (wife & 06 yrs. old daughter) do I have to get my marriage certificate & daughter birth certificate attested by Indian embassy in Muscat.

Yes. All certificates must be attested and approved before they can be accepted as proof by the visa issuing authorities.
