Which musuems are the best to visit. After the recent theft of the famous paintings from the Khalil Museum in Giza, I want to go there. Any suggestions about other museums?

(I am aware of Google; however, I was more interested in people's opinions of places they had visited. For example, I have been to the Cairo Museum and of course the content was outstanding; however, the condition of the museum and the lack of proper preservation of the artifacts were appalling.)

If you go to old Cairo, there is the John Gayer Anderson Museum, right next to the Ibn Tulun Mosque.
If you go to Shara'a El Moez there is a house/musuem that is called 'Bayet El Suhayme', another very cool place to go to (with a guide) would be Bab El Zewail.
There are lots of Art Galleries in Zamalek too, but i don't know where they are.
