i want to Understand Whole process of immigration, please help and correct me., i have bachelor of science Degree in Computers From Mumbai University.
Step 1: you should have received an offer letter from your Kuwait Employer/Sponsor, and you accepted it,
Step 2: Now your employer/sponsor needs to first get NOC(work entry VISA) from Ministry of Social Affairs & Labor in Kuwait, for which they will ask for.
1. Passport Copy
2. Degree Certificate (Plain - Not Attested) or below
3. Attested Degree Certificate.
Q1. Is number 1 is enough, or 1 & 2 or 1 & 3 both are required ?
because nothing about degree or attested degree is mentioned at this link .

and if Attested Degree is required, then my Next question.
Q2. upto what level degree atttestion is required. so that the Sponsor will be able apply for NOC.

Find an agent they will attest your degree certificate for you.
thanks , man1234 for the reply, i will surely find the agent, as i have figured out that upto Level 3 things are easy and can be done by ourselves only , i will update the original post, any idea about my second question, does the attestation needs to be done upto level 5 for noc , am i correct with the level 5, can any one of them can be skipped ?

Only passport will also do, no need to attest the degree certies unless it is required or mentioned on offer letter (Better ask to sponsor)
You can do your VISA attestation from Kuwait Consulate Mumbai. But you HAVE to catch any agent for the same.
